Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Female Nursery Nurse Assistant to support our early‑childhood program in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate holds a nursing qualification, has experience in a school or nursery setting, and is skilled in child care, pediatrics, and first aid. Fluency in Arabic and English is required to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the lead nursery nurse in daily care and supervision of children aged 0‑5.
• Monitor health and safety standards, including administering first aid when needed.
• Support educational activities, playtime, and developmental milestones.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, health observations, and incident reports.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure a nurturing environment.
• Prepare and sanitize equipment, toys, and learning materials.

Required Qualifications

• Valid nursing qualification (diploma or degree).
• Minimum 1‑2 years experience in a school, nursery, or pediatric setting.
• Certified in first aid and CPR.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to child care.

Preferred Skills

• Background in early childhood education.
• Knowledge of child development milestones.
• Experience with health screening and immunization records.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
