Team Lead | Warehouse Operations

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to monitor, oversee, and lead warehouse work group activities. This full-time position ensures that all warehouse operations are carried out with 100% accuracy and efficiency, driving productivity and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Team Lead or supervisor in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics is a plus.
