Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Middle Eastern and Moroccan dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and development.
• Ensure all food preparation and cooking processes adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage inventory and stock rotation for assigned section, minimizing waste.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role, with a strong focus on Middle Eastern and Moroccan cuisine.
• Proficiency in various cooking techniques relevant to the specified cuisines.
