Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Provide personalized recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure proper presentation and temperature of dishes.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address any requests or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables, dining area, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow.
• Process payments, handle cash, and operate POS systems efficiently.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Open to all nationalities.
• Mandatory relevant experience in the hospitality industry (restaurants, hotels, cafes, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric attitude.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills.
