We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Cleanliness Expert to join our Housekeeping & Laundry team. In this role, you will ensure every guest experiences a spotless, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will directly contribute to guest satisfaction and the hotel's reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to established protocols.
• Make beds, replace linens, and replenish amenities to maintain a fresh and inviting atmosphere.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance issues, reporting any concerns promptly.
• Handle laundry operations including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and uniforms.
• Restock housekeeping carts and supplies to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Respond to guest requests for additional items or services with professionalism and courtesy.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to uphold a hygienic environment.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within shift schedules.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout the shift.
• Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
