About the Role

We are seeking a Visa Processing Agent to join our customer service team in Algiers. The position is 100% office‑based with a local contract.

Core Responsibilities

• Handle visa applications and related documentation efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and support to clients throughout the visa process.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the internal system.
• Collaborate with consular and immigration authorities as needed.
• Resolve client inquiries promptly in both French and Arabic.

Required Qualifications

• Maximum of 2 years experience in customer service.
• Fluent in French and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in visa or immigration services.
• Proficiency with office software and CRM tools.
