About the Role

Tenrol is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Specialist to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to management and compliance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and mitigating risks. As a key player in our legal and procurement operations, you will contribute significantly to the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and issuance of Request for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs), and other solicitation documents.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and project teams, to ensure contract alignment with business requirements.
• Review and analyze contract terms, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with external parties to achieve favorable outcomes for Tenrol.
• Manage and maintain contract databases, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.
• Provide guidance and support to business units on contract-related matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management, legal counsel, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in developing and issuing RFPs, ITTs, and solicitation documents.
• Strong understanding of contract law and principles.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
