Communications Officer | Corporate Communications Strategy

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Communications Officer to develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that enhance organizational visibility and stakeholder engagement. This role involves crafting compelling narratives, managing media relations, and overseeing internal and external communication channels to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and execution of the corporate communication strategy, defining key axes aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and manage internal communications programs to ensure consistent messaging across all departments.
• Oversee external communications including press releases, media kits, and public statements.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
• Create high-quality content for diverse platforms: website, social media, newsletters, annual reports, and presentations.
• Monitor brand reputation and manage crisis communications when necessary.
• Coordinate events, conferences, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Analyze communication metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, HR, and leadership to ensure message alignment.
• Identify communication gaps and propose improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Communications Officer, PR Specialist, or similar role (typically 3+ years).
• Strong understanding of media landscape and digital communication trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and analytics tools.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
