Role Overview: Manage all laundry operations for an Accor-branded hotel, ensuring high-quality textile care, efficient workflow, and compliance with brand standards.

• Oversee daily laundry production, quality control, and inventory management
• Lead and train laundry team, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety protocols
• Maintain equipment, manage chemical usage, and control costs
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front office for seamless service delivery
