Project Manager – Life Cycle Management | 10+ Years of Excellence in Life Sciences

Arcera, a global life sciences company headquartered in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Project Manager – Life Cycle Management to drive strategic initiatives that enable longer, healthier lives and sustainable growth. This role demands a proven leader capable of managing complex product life cycles from development through manufacturing and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end life cycle management projects across product development and manufacturing phases
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
• Implement and optimize life cycle strategies that support sustainable business growth
• Monitor project milestones, mitigate risks, and report progress to senior leadership
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operational workflows

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management within the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector
• Strong understanding of product life cycle management frameworks and methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced global environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification is a strong advantage
