Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance monitoring.

• Oversee inventory management and control food and beverage costs.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to drive business growth.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory or assistant management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory and cost control.
