Key Responsibilities

• Represent and protect the owner’s interests throughout the full lifecycle of assigned capital construction projects.
• Manage projects from concept and design through procurement, construction, and handover.
• Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Review and approve project plans, specifications, and change orders.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar senior role.
