In-House Collection Specialist – 30+ Years of Telecom Excellence in Kuwait City

Own the full-cycle collections process for a regional telecom pioneer. Zain Kuwait has led mobile innovation in the Middle East for over three decades. We seek a precise, results-driven In-House Collection professional to safeguard receivables and drive cash flow in our Finance division.

• Manage end-to-end collection of outstanding accounts, reducing delinquency rates.
• Negotiate payment plans with corporate and individual clients while preserving relationships.
• Monitor aging reports, escalate high-risk accounts, and ensure compliance with internal credit policies.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies quickly.

• Proven experience in in-house or commercial debt collection, preferably in telecom or finance.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of Kuwaiti legal collection procedures is a plus.
