Key Responsibilities

• Monitor swimming pool and aquatic areas to protect guests and maintain a safe environment.
• Prevent accidents through active surveillance, hazard identification, and enforcement of pool safety rules.
• Respond quickly to emergencies, water incidents, and guest safety concerns.
• Support pool area cleanliness, equipment readiness, and safe guest movement.
• Deliver courteous guest service aligned with Accor hospitality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Relevant lifeguarding, water rescue, first aid, and CPR knowledge for pool safety roles.
• Strong vigilance, emergency response ability, and attention to detail.
• Good communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in a hotel or resort pool environment.
