About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Heavy Driver Installer to join our team in Al Asimah. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful delivery and professional installation of appliances sold by AE directly to customer premises. You will be the face of our company, responsible for not only timely delivery but also for providing clear operating instructions and highlighting key features to our valued customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver appliances sold by AE to customer addresses as specified on delivery notes.
• Install appliances at customer premises, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
• Clearly explain operating instructions and features of the appliances to customers.
• Handle appliances with care to prevent damage during transport and installation.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Ensure all deliveries and installations are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Report any issues or discrepancies encountered during delivery or installation.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Valid heavy vehicle driving license.
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably with installation responsibilities.
• Ability to handle and maneuver large appliances safely.
• Strong communication skills to explain product features and instructions.
