Laundry Manager

Laundry Manager job in Kuwait — responsible for running laundry department operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laundry operations, workflow planning, and department performance.
• Ensure laundry services meet quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and guest service standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, hotel operations, and service teams to support smooth guest and member experience.
• Monitor laundry processing, sorting, washing, drying, pressing, folding, and distribution.
• Maintain control over laundry inventory, supplies, linen handling, and stock levels.
• Train, guide, and supervise laundry staff while maintaining productivity and service consistency.
• Check equipment readiness and report maintenance needs to support uninterrupted laundry operations.
• Follow health, safety, sanitation, and operational procedures in the laundry department.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in laundry management, hotel laundry operations, housekeeping support, or hospitality services.
• Strong knowledge of laundry processes, linen care, stain removal, quality control, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to manage laundry staff, schedules, workloads, and daily operational priorities.
• Good communication skills for coordination with hotel teams, staff, and service departments.
