Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, locker rooms, and showers.
• Prepare and organize spa spaces to support smooth daily operations and guest comfort.
• Keep treatment rooms tidy, stocked, and ready for use according to spa and hospitality standards.
• Monitor relaxation lounges, locker rooms, and shower areas to ensure they remain clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Support overall spa housekeeping, hygiene, and facility presentation standards.
• Assist with maintaining a calm, professional, and guest-focused wellness environment.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards in spa and wellness areas.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in daily housekeeping tasks.
• Reliable, professional, and able to support a hotel-leisure and wellness environment.
• Good communication skills and a courteous approach when supporting guests and team members.
• Ability to work in treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, locker rooms, showers, and other spa areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a spa, hotel, leisure, wellness, or hospitality environment.
• Familiarity with spa housekeeping, locker room presentation, or guest service standards.
