Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate F&B Service Expert to join our Food and Beverage team. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience.
• Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations, including food pairings, beverage selections, and daily specials.
• Take accurate orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and precise delivery.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in compliance with health regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak and off-peak hours.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members on service standards and operational procedures.
• Manage billing processes accurately and efficiently, including cash and card transactions.
• Contribute to inventory management, restocking, and maintaining organized service stations.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in food and beverage service within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of dining etiquette, service techniques, and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or formal training in hospitality management or food and beverage service.
• Experience in fine dining or luxury hotel environments.
• Multilingual abilities are a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and reservation platforms.
• Wine, cocktail, or specialty beverage knowledge and service expertise.
