Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and contributing to the overall success of our customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in setting departmental goals and work plans in alignment with the department's strategic and operational plan, and monitor their implementation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Document and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Provide regular reports on customer feedback and service performance to management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
