About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and diligent Civil Foreman to oversee and manage construction operations in Doha. This pivotal role within the dynamic Building & Construction sector requires a proactive leader capable of ensuring project success from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in guiding site teams, maintaining high standards of work, and upholding safety protocols on diverse construction sites across Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily activities of construction crews, including masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and laborers.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure work is performed according to plan.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies on site.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow and resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of work performed, materials used, and personnel on site.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for site personnel.
• Manage site resources, including materials, equipment, and tools, ensuring efficient utilization.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or similar supervisory role in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Doha or Qatar is a significant advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a vocational or technical degree is a plus.
