Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
