• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities on-site to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications across all work phases.
• Lead and manage subcontractors, laborers, and on-site teams to maintain productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Review engineering drawings, technical documents, and work plans to ensure accurate execution of civil works.
• Prepare daily progress reports, document site activities, and communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of hands-on experience in civil construction supervision, preferably within the energy or infrastructure sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, structural works, and site management best practices.
