What You'll Own

• Handle full construction packages including excavation, rebar, shuttering, and concrete works from start to finish
• Prepare detailed method statements for all civil activities and ensure strict on-site compliance
• Follow up on construction specifications and verify material grades meet project requirements
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain quality, schedule, and safety standards across all civil works
• Monitor daily site progress and resolve technical issues as they arise in the field

• Strong hands-on experience in civil site execution and construction package management
• Deep understanding of method statements, construction specifications, and material grade standards
• Proficiency in excavation, rebar detailing, shuttering design, and concrete quality control
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications independently
