Site Foreman – 10+ Years of Construction Leadership in Qatar

We are seeking an experienced Foreman / Site Supervisor to join a leading contracting company in Qatar. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on expertise managing active construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities across the site
• Manage on-site labor teams, subcontractors, and material logistics
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards
• Monitor project progress against timelines and report to project management
• Resolve on-site technical issues and maintain clear communication with engineers and stakeholders

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in the construction industry
• Strong practical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites
