Job Overview

We are seeking an AI/UX Engineer to join our team. This role combines expertise in artificial intelligence with user experience design to create intuitive and intelligent digital solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered features and interfaces that enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to integrate AI solutions into existing and new products.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve AI interactions.
• Prototype and iterate on AI-driven user experiences, ensuring they are accessible and user-friendly.
• Analyze user data and feedback to optimize AI models and interface performance.
• Stay current with trends in AI, machine learning, and UX design to drive innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX Engineer, AI Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to apply them to user-facing products.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and prototyping tools.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
