Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in planning and delivering daily lessons aligned with DSGD standards
• Assist in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students needing additional guidance
• Help assess student progress and communicate observations to lead teachers
• Prepare instructional materials and organize classroom resources efficiently
• Collaborate with faculty to foster students' social and emotional well-being

Key Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience or training in early childhood, primary, or general education support
