Lead futures strategy and pathways guidance for students across Grades 6–12 in a premium academic environment.

• Design and implement futures strategy for Grades 6–12
• Advise students on academic, university, and career pathways
• Collaborate with Assistant Head of High School on program development
• Monitor and report on student pathway outcomes

• Proven experience in student advising or university counseling
• Deep knowledge of international curricula and admissions landscapes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant certification in counseling or education leadership
