Client Consulting Analyst - Visa Qatar (Doha)

About the Role

Visa, a global leader in payments technology, is seeking a Client Consulting Analyst to join its team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will support strategic consulting engagements that drive value for Visa's clients across financial institutions, merchants, and government entities. You will work on high-impact projects focused on payment optimization, digital transformation, and market strategy within the rapidly evolving payments landscape of the Middle East and North Africa region.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support client consulting projects, including market sizing, performance benchmarking, and revenue opportunity assessments.
• Develop compelling presentations and reports that synthesize complex data into actionable insights for senior client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions for client business challenges in payments, digital wallets, and merchant services.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics in the Qatar and MENA payments ecosystem.
• Assist in project management activities, including timeline tracking, data collection, and client communication.
• Contribute to internal knowledge management and thought leadership content focused on payment innovation and consulting best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of the payments industry, fintech, or financial services is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL, Tableau, or Python for data analysis.
• Understanding of digital payment products, card schemes, or merchant acquiring.
• Previous work experience in the Gulf region or Qatar.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
