Business Analyst (Qatar)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, validating, and documenting business requirements through workshops, interviews, document analysis, site visits, and workflow analysis. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that business needs are clearly understood and translated into effective solutions.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business analysis by engaging with stakeholders via workshops, interviews, and document analysis.
• Validate and document business requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Perform site visits and workflow analysis to identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support the development and testing phases by clarifying requirements and reviewing deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong ability to conduct workshops, interviews, and document analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and requirements documentation.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with workflow analysis and site visits.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
