Mace is seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. As a key player in delivering a major Mixed-Use remote program, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless flow of people, materials, and equipment on-site. Logistics Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the effective implementation of the project logistics plan across all site operations.
• Coordinate all material deliveries, meticulously track schedules, and maintain clear, consistent communication with contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor laydown areas, storage zones, and equipment allocation to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.
• Assist in the development and refinement of traffic management plans and comprehensive logistical risk assessments.
• Ensure strict adherence to Mace’s health, safety, and environmental standards throughout all activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, logs, and reporting dashboards to effectively support project performance monitoring.
• Provide essential day-to-day support to the Logistics Manager and the broader site delivery team.

Requirements for Logistics Coordination Roles

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics or Coordination/Controls specifically within the Construction industry.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
• Capability to work effectively in remote locations and adapt readily to evolving project demands.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset coupled with an unwavering commitment to high-performance delivery.
• Familiarity with logistics planning principles, traffic management protocols, material handling best practices, and general site operations is highly advantageous.
