Job Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies including functional, integration, API, UI, regression, and performance testing.
• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test suites, integrating them seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct exploratory and manual testing for intricate user journeys, edge cases, and high-risk features.
• Own release validation processes, providing smoke testing, regression testing, and quality sign-off recommendations.
• Analyze quality metrics, defect trends, and test coverage to pinpoint areas for improvement and minimize production issues.
• Collaborate effectively with developers and engineering teams to enhance testability and foster a quality-first engineering culture.
• Validate AI-powered and voice-enabled features, including APIs, workflows, latency, fallback behaviors, and end-user experience.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of QA processes, tooling, and automation practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or QA Engineering roles.
• Strong experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, or similar.
• Proven experience designing and executing test plans, regression suites, and automated testing strategies.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and modern QA practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
