About the Role

Black Shield International Company, a prominent global leader in overseas recruitment and business solutions across the GCC, Asia, Africa, and Europe, is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager. This full-time hybrid position, based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, involves overseeing the critical Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components of diverse projects. You will be instrumental in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and timely completion of projects, aligning with specifications and client objectives, while leveraging some flexibility for remote work within the established Dammam hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) project aspects.
• Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring financial adherence and optimization.
• Review and approve project submittals to maintain quality and compliance.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, external stakeholders, and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and strictly according to project specifications.
• Lead and guide hybrid teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their associated project components.
• Solid experience in Plumbing processes and managing Submittals.
• Strong Project Management capabilities, with a proven track record in Budgeting.
• Effective leadership and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage hybrid teams and consistently meet deadlines.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
