Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel bookings, transportation, and accommodation arrangements for employees and field teams.
• Support daily logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement of personnel and resources.
• Liaise with vendors, coordinate operational services, and follow up on invoice processing.
• Maintain accurate petty cash records and comprehensive logistics documentation.
• Facilitate smooth communication channels between various departments and remote project sites.
• Provide essential operational and administrative support as needed to ensure project continuity.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
