About the Role

Khibraty is seeking a visionary Project Director to lead our Project Management Office (PMO) and spearhead our Innovation function. This pivotal role, based in Saudi Arabia and operating via Bayt.com, is responsible for the successful execution of strategic projects and programs. The ideal candidate will drive project excellence and foster a culture of innovation, ensuring all endeavors align seamlessly with Khibraty’s overarching strategic objectives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the Project Management Office (PMO), defining its strategy, structure, governance, and operational processes.
• Oversee the Innovation Department, guiding transformation initiatives, exploring cutting-edge technologies, and integrating novel solutions.
• Develop and implement robust, standardized project and innovation methodologies, tools, and frameworks for maximum efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership and government stakeholders to ensure project and innovation alignment with national priorities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and innovation teams, cultivating a high-performance, collaborative environment.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of projects and innovation initiatives, from conception through implementation to closure, adhering strictly to scope, budget, and timelines.
• Implement effective risk management strategies for all projects and innovation programs, ensuring proactive mitigation and contingency planning.
• Champion a culture of innovation throughout the organization, encouraging creative thinking and the adoption of new solutions to enhance performance and services.
• Monitor project and innovation performance via key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular, insightful reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Director or similar senior leadership role, ideally with a background in managing PMOs and innovation functions.
• Demonstrable experience in establishing and managing PMO structures and innovation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and innovation management principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience in collaborating with government stakeholders and global consulting partners is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in monitoring performance using KPIs and providing comprehensive reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree or PMP/equivalent certification preferred.
