Job Overview

Join Yazaki as an HR Team Manager in Gafsa, Tunisia, and lead operational HR functions within a global automotive leader. This role is part of the CEO_Human Resources function, focusing on General Operations and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the HR team, ensuring efficient daily operations and alignment with company policies.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations processes.
• Implement HR strategies that support business objectives and foster a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, Team Leader, or similar role in a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of Tunisian labor law, HR best practices, and operational HR systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Arabic, French, and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Certification in HR management (e.g., CIPD, SHRM).
• Proficiency in HRIS software and data analysis.
