Senior Recruitment Specialist – Automotive Safety (Tunis)

Autoliv is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead talent acquisition in Tunis. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring we attract top-quality candidates who share our commitment to saving lives through superior automotive safety products.

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets

Qualifications: Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within manufacturing or automotive; strong communication and organizational skills; fluency in English and Arabic.
