Human Resources Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to develop and execute HR strategies that align with overall business objectives. This role serves as a critical bridge between management and employees, ensuring effective communication, conflict resolution, and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent
• Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs
• Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
• Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
• Manage HR metrics and analytics to drive data-driven decisions
• Lead organizational development and change management initiatives
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and succession planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, CIPD) preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law and GCC employment regulations
• Proven experience with HRIS systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar)
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies

Work Environment

This position is based in Bahrain and requires collaboration across all organizational levels. The HR Manager will report directly to senior leadership and play a pivotal role in shaping company culture and driving organizational success.
