Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager – Housekeeping to support the daily operations of our Housekeeping and Laundry department, as well as the Recreation and Health Club facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day activities and workflow of the Housekeeping & Laundry department.
• Assist in managing and coordinating the operations of the Recreation/Health Club areas.
• Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and guest amenities, placing orders as necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and recreational facilities to maintain brand standards.
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless daily operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping operations or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a hotel or recreational setting.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service.
