Sales Manager – MICE & Leisure (Luxury Hospitality) – Marrakech

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive MICE and leisure business for Movenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi Marrakech. You will develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue from corporate events, incentives, conferences, and leisure travel segments.

• Proven experience in hotel sales, specifically MICE and leisure markets.
• Strong network within the travel industry and corporate event planners.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Fluency in English, French, and Arabic (preferred).
• Target-driven with a track record of exceeding revenue goals.
• Knowledge of Marrakech market and luxury hospitality standards.
