Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models and 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to translate concepts into accurate design documentation.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback, technical constraints, and client requirements.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, building codes, and project specifications.
• Prepare design presentations and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and organize design files, ensuring version control and accessibility.
• Conduct site visits to verify design accuracy and resolve any on-site issues.
• Assist in the development of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on design drawings.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 3D & AutoCAD Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max), and rendering tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, architectural concepts, and construction methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
